Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuromorphic systems)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape assessments for next-gen technologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology forecasts and innovation proposals to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor junior strategists through our Tech Vanguard program
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies and their societal impact
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products from concept to market
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Strong communication skills for presenting to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
