- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen hardware/software systems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG principles and UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Maintain relationships with academic institutions and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, quantum computing, or IoT
- Experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong background in sustainable tech and circular economy principles
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Certified in Agile/Scrum methodologies and technology foresight frameworks
- Track record of launching at least two breakthrough products/services
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
