Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for competitive advantage and investment opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future technology use cases
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and technology scouting programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, quantum)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Certifications in strategic planning or technology management preferred
