Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026+ market potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology foresight to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to commercialization
- Drive sustainability initiatives in technology development and deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization (AI, quantum, or biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in future technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience with cross-cultural global innovation ecosystems
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
