Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in AI, blockchain, and sustainable tech
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive innovation through competitive analysis and market research

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with scenario planning and future trend analysis
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate development
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (preferred)
