Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and potential disruptions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to integrate future technologies into our product roadmap.
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership, including ROI projections and risk assessments.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, thought leaders, and potential innovation partners.
- Monitor competitive landscape and ensure our technology strategy remains agile and forward-thinking.
- Lead the development of innovation labs and pilot programs for new technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful technology roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, IoT, and quantum computing.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
