Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with global business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs
- Present strategic vision to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology ROI and innovation maturity
- Mentor junior strategists in future technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging technologies
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner Certificate)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
