- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record in scaling SaaS or hardware innovations
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/AR)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with federal tech policy frameworks (NIST, FCC)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global partnerships
