Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated impact on 5+ year roadmaps
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (equivalent experience considered)
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum/biotech initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and disruption analysis
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital for futuristic projects

- Deep network within DARPA, IEEE Future Directions, or similar innovation ecosystems
