Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate strategic technology initiatives into company vision
- Present compelling roadmaps and forecasts to stakeholders and investors
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation lab focused on prototyping future solutions
- Monitor global tech developments and competitive landscapes to maintain strategic advantage
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track strategy effectiveness and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or similar senior leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their market implications
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with data-driven decision-making
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Certifications in strategic planning or technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, TOGAF) preferred
