Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of strategic tech leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum systems from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of Web3, neuromorphic computing, and climate tech convergence
