- Monitor regulatory landscapes and anticipate policy impacts on future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching successful innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, blockchain, and biotech convergence trends
- Certified in Future Tech Strategy (FTS) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Experience scaling tech teams through disruptive transformation cycles
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Technology Review preferred
