Responsibilities

- Oversee prototyping of emerging technologies including AI ethics frameworks and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Present technology forecasts and investment proposals to the board of directors
- Manage a $15M innovation budget and direct a team of 15+ senior engineers and researchers
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development to achieve net-zero operational goals
- Author industry thought leadership publications and keynote at global tech conferences
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in Fortune 500 or hyper-growth startups
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Executive-level experience with technology roadmapping and innovation pipeline management
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets
- Published research or patents in relevant technical domains
