- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to C-suite executives
- Mentor a team of futurists and technical architects
- Secure and manage multi-million dollar R&D budgets for experimental initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 100 firms
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in quantum computing or generative AI (NeurIPS/ICML track record)
- Experience securing $5M+ in government innovation grants
- Deep familiarity with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Portfolio of commercialized innovations with $100M+ market impact
