Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants >$10M
- Fluency in technical risk modeling and scenario planning
- Public speaking record at major tech conferences (TED, Web Summit)
