Responsibilities

- Create adoption roadmaps for futuristic technologies across global operations
- Present visionary technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and R&D initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on future technology landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record in implementing future-forward technologies at scale
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Technology Planning or Futures Research preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
