Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology vision and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across product lines and business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical concepts to business value
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
