- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with organizational vision and industry forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing pilot projects and scaling innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Drive innovation culture through workshops and technology forecasting sessions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record of launching transformative products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
