Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligning with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech into core products
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio including pilot programs and strategic partnerships
- Mentor technology teams on future-proof architecture and agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with measurable market impact
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or adjacent future technologies
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Engineering/Business preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent experience
