Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to present technology visions and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure technology strategy effectiveness
- Drive innovation through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and academic collaborations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (preferred)
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in fast-paced environments
