Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology strategy for 2026-2030 horizon, focusing on AI ethics, quantum applications, and carbon-neutral tech infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough innovations with 18-month deployment cycles
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology roadmaps to executive leadership and board members with clear ROI projections
- Monitor emerging trends in quantum computing, bio-integrated systems, and decentralized networks
- Ensure compliance with evolving international tech regulations and sustainability frameworks
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on future technology integration
- Drive innovation through annual hackathons and patent development programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies with $10M+ revenue impact
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, neuromorphic computing, and climate tech ecosystems
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants and public-private partnerships
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., from Institute for the Future) or equivalent
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainability reporting standards (GRI, SASB)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
