Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year impact potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible deployment of advanced technologies
- Drive innovation incubation programs for moonshot projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven experience developing long-term (5+ year) technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (papers, patents, keynotes)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex system interactions
