Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions through agile methodologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Present technology roadmaps and investment proposals to stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Champion a culture of innovation through internal hackathons and thought leadership initiatives
- Monitor global regulatory frameworks and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500/tech unicorn experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
