Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging tech trends and competitive threats
- Design proof-of-concept frameworks for futuristic technologies (e.g., neuro interfaces, autonomous systems)
- Translate technical capabilities into revenue-generating business models
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and investor groups
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile development
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic research labs and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and risk modeling for uncertain futures
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
