Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal capability building
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech)
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for 2025+ horizons
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex trends into actionable strategies
- Track record of launching innovative products/services in high-growth markets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Strategy)
