Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives for 2026
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Quantify ROI and societal impact of future-focused initiatives
- Present visionary blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech deployment
- Proven track record architecting solutions for 2020+ tech landscapes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Strong data analytics and scenario modeling capabilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (preferred)
