Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record in implementing emerging tech solutions at scale
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, ICF)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping frameworks
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budget management
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Innovation, or related field
