Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in AI governance frameworks and quantum computing architecture
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging technologies
- Proven track record leading $5M+ innovation projects
- Deep understanding of 2026 regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US Quantum Act)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q# or Qiskit)
- Certification in Futuristic Technology Forecasting (FTF) preferred
