Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology strategy roadmap by analyzing emerging trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) and market disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen products with measurable ROI
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks through patent analysis, startup scouting, and academic partnerships
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven business case modeling
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with P&L accountability and risk mitigation protocols
- Build and mentor a 10-person Future Technology Lab team through agile methodologies
- Establish industry thought leadership through keynote speaking and white paper publications
Qualifications
- 12+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500/SaaS unicorn experience
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-defining products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and disruption modeling frameworks
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, R, Tableau) and patent analysis platforms
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Active membership in IEEE or similar technology innovation consortiums
- Experience scaling teams through hyper-growth phases (Series A to IPO)
