Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap for technology integration, focusing on AI, Quantum computing, and sustainable tech.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technology trends to identify high-impact opportunities for the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align technology strategy with broader business goals and revenue targets.
- Oversee pilot programs and R&D initiatives designed to test futuristic technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Lead the technology vision for the '2026 Horizon' project, ensuring scalability and future-proofing of all architectural decisions.
- Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors to secure buy-in for long-term projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or senior-level engineering management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives and defining long-term product roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Edge Computing.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to forecast market trends and technological shifts accurately.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring high-performing teams of engineers and strategists.
