Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- AI & Innovation Leadership: Spearhead the research and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions and future-tech prototypes to enhance product offerings.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging tech trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to translate high-level strategic goals into actionable technical specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership effectively.
- Vendor Relations: Evaluate and manage relationships with technology partners and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering Management.
- Tech Stack: Deep knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Future Tech trends (e.g., Generative AI, Spatial Computing).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop long-term roadmaps and pivot strategies in response to market dynamics.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
