Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (e.g., metaverse, AGI, neurotech)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of Web3, quantum computing, and synthetic biology convergence
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, whitepapers, keynotes)
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Technology Planning preferred
