Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term tech goals with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth predictive market analysis to identify emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) that will dominate in 2026.
- Lead the integration of predictive analytics into our decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions.
- Present strategic visions to C-level executives and board members.
- Identify potential regulatory and ethical challenges for future tech implementations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or product management.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and the foresight to anticipate their business impact.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management is a plus.
