Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the 'Year 2026' Strategic Vision, defining key objectives and milestones.
- Analyze macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Web3) to forecast industry disruptions.
- Design and implement scenario planning models to prepare the organization for multiple future outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level strategy into actionable business units.
- Present complex strategic insights to the Board of Directors and C-Suite executives in a compelling narrative format.
- Oversee the integration of future-readiness metrics into our annual performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate strategy, futurism, or management consulting.
- Proven track record of leading organizational transformation and long-term planning cycles.
- Expertise in data analytics, predictive modeling, and strategic forecasting tools.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus.
