- Analyze emerging workforce trends (metaverse integration, neurodiversity optimization, skills-based organizations) and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Design data-driven frameworks for measuring and optimizing workforce productivity, engagement, and well-being in future environments
- Champion organizational culture shifts to foster adaptability, continuous learning, and psychological safety in evolving work paradigms
- Partner with C-suite executives to align future work initiatives with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
- Drive innovation in talent acquisition and retention strategies targeting future workforce generations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or Technology; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years progressive experience in strategic workforce planning, digital transformation, or organizational development
- Proven expertise in implementing AI-driven HR technologies, hybrid work policies, and future-focused talent management systems
- Deep understanding of emerging workplace technologies (AR/VR collaboration tools, AI productivity suites, decentralized autonomous organizations)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights using advanced analytics tools
- Certified in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) with successful large-scale transformation track record
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at executive level while managing cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership or speaking engagements on future of work trends preferred
