- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Author thought leadership on ethical implications of exponential technologies
- Design frameworks for human-centric automation adoption
- Coordinate global innovation labs for 2026 capability incubation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership
- Proven track record in exponential technology adoption (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong background in human-computer interaction principles
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives within enterprise environments
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
