Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Scenarios' analyzing technological, social, and economic megatrends
- Design and facilitate executive foresight workshops for C-level clients across healthcare, fintech, and AI sectors
- Lead cross-functional research projects identifying disruptive innovations with 3-5 year market impact
- Create strategic roadmaps for clients navigating regulatory and ethical challenges of emerging technologies
- Present trend forecasts to investor boards and industry conferences as a thought leader
- Maintain proprietary trend database using predictive analytics and machine learning tools
- Advolve product development teams on future-proofing strategies for 2026 market readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, scenario planning, or corporate strategy consulting
- Proven track record of published foresight work (whitepapers, journal articles, conference talks)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Advanced proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, Horizon Scanning, or Cross-Impact Matrix
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Experience advising Fortune 500 clients on long-term digital transformation strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend-to-strategy implementation projects
