Job Description
Are you ready to architect the future?
Nexus Horizon is on a mission to redefine the technological landscape for the year 2026 and beyond. We are seeking a visionary Futurist AI Architect to lead our Project 2026 initiative—a cutting-edge research and development program focused on next-generation generative intelligence and quantum-enhanced machine learning.
In this pivotal role, you will not just write code; you will define the strategic roadmap for the next evolution of artificial intelligence. You will collaborate with top-tier engineers, ethicists, and designers to build systems that are not only powerful but also responsible and scalable.
If you have a passion for pushing the boundaries of what is possible and want to leave a legacy in the tech world, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the strategic vision for our flagship AI research project, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging trends.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, distributed AI systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data and real-time inference at unprecedented speeds.
- Pioneering Research: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring novel neural architectures, reinforcement learning paradigms, and predictive analytics models.
- Ethical AI Oversight: Ensure all systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and security teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into the Nexus Horizon ecosystem.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading technical strategy and architectural decisions in large-scale environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Innovation: Demonstrated experience in researching and implementing cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Transformer models, Neural Networks, Edge AI).
