Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating disruptive solutions (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for societal, economic, and technological disruptions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and external partners through compelling narratives
- Mentor junior innovators in agile methodologies and future-thinking frameworks
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or Future Studies
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning skills (Python/R proficiency required)
- Public speaking experience at global tech conferences (e.g., CES, Web Summit)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-vision initiatives
