Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging risks
- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Mentor innovation fellows through rapid experimentation cycles
- Present findings at global tech summits and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation with 5+ years in futurism/foresight
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven track record of prototyping commercialized breakthroughs
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology)
- Strong background in ethical innovation frameworks
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to operation
