Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ innovation roadmaps across emerging tech domains
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Lead design sprints for next-gen products using agile methodologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype breakthrough solutions in quantum computing and biotech
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Build and mentor an innovation think tank of future-focused experts
- Ensure all initiatives align with UN Sustainable Development Goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech disruptions (blockchain, AGI, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Design Thinking or Human-Centered Design
- Experience scaling innovations from concept to market leadership
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
