Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year business objectives
- Conduct scenario planning workshops for C-suite on future market disruptions
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product development frameworks
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic, startup, and industry innovation partners
- Present future outlooks to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
- Drive adoption of exponential technologies across enterprise operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business models
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
