Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data from 50+ emerging technologies to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market conditions across 3 key industries
- Lead executive workshops on exponential technology adoption and systemic risk mitigation
- Produce annual Future State reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Design innovation pipelines integrating quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF, CFS) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state analyses or scenario frameworks
