Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and market evolution
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into development sprints
- Author forward-looking white papers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Maintain a horizon scanning database of 500+ emerging technologies and signals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and exponential technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier media
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Experience with cross-cultural innovation ecosystems (Asia-Pacific/Europe)
