- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging tech opportunities
- Create predictive models for market disruption and innovation adoption curves
- Design sustainable innovation frameworks integrating AI, IoT, and biotechnology
- Produce foresight reports for C-suite and board decision-making
- Manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Champion ethical innovation principles in product development lifecycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., TrendHunter, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
