Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and global megatrends to map 2026 innovation landscapes
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-facing insights into commercial development pipelines
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry forums
- Establish horizon-scanning methodologies and maintain real-time trend intelligence dashboards
- Drive scenario planning initiatives for disruptive market shifts and black swan events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or equivalent field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional command of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Portfolio demonstrating deliverables that influenced multi-million dollar innovation initiatives
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and external stakeholders across industries
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS, WFS) strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of global sustainability frameworks and ESG integration strategies
