- Author white papers and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Establish cross-industry alliances with academic institutions and government futurist offices
- Mentor junior futurists and build the company's foresight capabilities
- Anticipate ethical implications of emerging technologies and guide responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published author on technological disruption or peer-reviewed foresight methodologies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and technology roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, nanotech, neurotech)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term strategic pivots
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent credential
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-to-market implementations
