Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, sociocultural shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with organizational vision and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Design and implement foresight methodologies including horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Present compelling innovation narratives to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor emerging talent and foster a culture of experimentation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven ability to translate foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from innovation initiatives
- Global mindset with exposure to diverse cultural and market contexts
