- Design innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech breakthroughs
- Produce executive-ready strategic reports with data-driven recommendations for board-level decisions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to capture frontier innovations
- Champion a future-ready culture through internal thought leadership and change management initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience leading cross-organizational strategic initiatives from ideation to execution
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
