- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Drive R&D investments in high-impact innovation projects
- Partner with academic institutions and industry consortia
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor threats
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, Web3, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
